ff&e mANAGEMENT & pROCUREMENT
NUMI Collective offers comprehensive FF&E Procurement and Installation services including coordination with the Client’s consultants, detailed specifications for furniture, lighting, and decor, and assistance with bidding and procurement documents. We oversee on-site installation and provide design execution services.
Clients benefit from trade pricing on all items, with discounts passed on and client’s pay trade quotes directly. If requested, we manage procurement for a percentage fee, handling purchase orders, supplier coordination, and installation. NUMI Collective ensures seamless integration and execution of design elements, delivering a cohesive and stylish final result.
